So far, I have failed to blog about the Rhondda Symphony Orchestra. I have been a regular attendee of their concerts along with my parents in law. There is always a varied and ambitious repertoire of music to be had at their concerts. Usually the concerts are a good excuse to let my mind drift away from the strains of everyday life.On Saturday evening, the RSO performed at Brackla Community Hall, near Bridgend. The highlight of the evening was the Symphony from the new world by Antonin Dvorak, who is among my favourite composers. It was a spectacular performance!
